On September 16, the media reported that Song Joong Ki and Park So Dam would soon host the opening ceremony of the 26^th Busan International Film Festival. It will be the first time this monolid couple is together hosting on the same stage.

26^th Busan International Film Festival Offline Event

After a year of struggling with the COVID-19 pandemic, the 26^th Busan International Film Festival will finally return with an offline ceremony. Furthermore, there will also be spectators attending the ceremony and on-site events from prominent local and overseas producers.

According to the committee, the 26^th Busan International Film Festival will be held at the Busan Cinema Center, from October 6 to 15. Meanwhile, the opening ceremony itself is on October 6, in which Song Joong Ki and Park So Dam will be hosting as the MC.
