On November 14, three Kpop idols, BTOB Sungjae, BTOB Hyunsik, and PENTAGON Jinho, were officially discharged from the military. So let’s welcome back BTOB Sungjae, BTOB Hyunsik, and PENTAGON Jinho!
BTOB Sungjae, BTOB Hyunsik, and PENTAGON Jinho Discharged from the Military
The three idols enlisted on the same day, May 11, 2020, and were officially discharged together on November 14, 2021. However, due to the pandemic, soldiers were unofficially released early. After they took their last vacation, they didn’t return to the base to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
BTOB Sungjae and Hyunsik were officially discharged from the military
To celebrate his official discharge day, BTOB Sungjae updated Melody with a selfie on Instagram with the caption, ‘D-Day.’
Meanwhile, Hyunsik greeted melody with a heart-touching handwritten letter on his personal Instagram.
“Dear Melody,
Hello, this is Hyunsik. How have you been? Just like I promised before I left, I have returned well and in good health. I really missed you! I’ve been thinking and waiting for the day that Melody and BTOB would meet again, and now the moment I dreamed of has finally arrived. It took longer than I thought, but it was a more beautiful meeting because we waited.
Thank you again and again for waiting. It isn’t easy to express my feelings for Melody and everything I want to say in a few words. For Melodies who waited for me for a long time, I will work hard to express my sincere feelings to them a long time.
Let’s fly together while looking in the same direction and going at the same pace.”

I’ll see you with a bright image tomorrow, I miss you! Let’s meet tomorrow.”
