The BLINKs finally receive some good news from their favorite Kpop girl group, BLACKPINK. Soon, the South Korea girl group under YG Entertainment will have the most awaited comeback and collaboration with a famous singer from the US, Lady Gaga.

After the long wait, finally, BLACKPINK is set to have a comeback soon. Initially, the quartet of Blackpink would have a new album scheduled in March 2020. But due to coronavirus outbreak, many Kpop events and activities are canceled or postponed. This uncertainty has made the BLINKs puzzled about their comeback.
Surprisingly, after the leaked of Lady Gaga’s new album song list, on May 4, YG Entertainment announced that Blackpink would set to return this Spring-Summer. It would be in the early or mid of June 2020. This good news definitely will cheer up the BLINKs all around the world.

Blackpink’s members, Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé, have completed the recording of the new song(s) for their new album. Right now, the Blackpink members are doing the music video production before the new album release.
On May 9, Jennie made an Instagram Live together with Jisoo and Rosé, in the music studio. Rosé and Jennie explained to the fans that they go to the studio every day for the new album and MV preparation. While, Jisoo tried to give some hints about their forthcoming song with energetic dance movement.
At the same time, Jennie informed Blinks that she is using crutches due to a small accident during exercise on the treadmill. She promised that it would not interfere their comeback.
YG Entertainment will Reveal BLACKPINK’s Leader
Blackpink has no group leader since the group formed. They are close to one another and able to put their position when it is necessary. Although YG Entertainment has no statement regarding this matter, there is a rumor that the official leader of the group will be announced on the next comeback. Lady Gaga latest album “Chromatica” will be release on May 29.
Previously, Lady Gaga’s new album song list leaked on Target’s website. Then the news of Lady Gaga collaborating with Blackpink in one of the tracks became a hot topic for the BLINKs.
In the album “Chromatica,” she is featuring Blackpink in the song “Sour Candy.” It is the shortest song on the album, while the longest song is featuring Elton John “Shine from Above.” She is also collaborating with Ariana Grande in the song “Rain on Me.”

The collaboration between Lady Gaga and Blackpink would be a great collab. Previously, Blackpink had a collab with a British singer as well as a songwriter, Dua Lipa, in “Kiss and Make Up.”
