BTS Jungkook Bought a US$7 Million Single-Family House in Itaewon

The golden maknae of BTS, Jeon Jungkook, once again made shocking news. After selling his luxurious apartment in the Trimage complex last October, BTS Jungkook surprised his fans by purchasing a single-family house in Itaewon.

BTS Jungkook Purchased a New House in Itaewon

Exclusively reported from Etoday, Jungkook has just purchased a single-family house for KR₩7.63 billion (around US$7,050,940). The house is quite spacious with 70 pyeong (230.72 square meters or 2483 square feet).  The house 2-floor house was built in 1976 and is located in the affluent area of Itaewon.

Why Jungkook Purchased New House in Itaewon?

Many celebrities, including Rain and Kim Tae Hee, choose the Itaewon area due to its Itaewon geographic advantages it has in Seoul. Besides, it is a typical home for foreign diplomats since many national embassies are located in the Itaewon area.

Not only those reasons, but BTS Jungkook new house in Itaewon is also only five minutes driver from Nine One Hannam (BTS dorm).

Jungkook Has Sold His Luxurious Apartment

Previously, Jungkook sold his apartment in the Trimgae luxury complex for KW₩2.05 billion (US$2.19 million) in October 2020. The interesting fact is that Jungkook had never lived in his luxurious apartment even once before.
