Top 100 KPop Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings in January 2021

 The Korean Business Research Institute has published the Top 100 KPop Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings for January 2021.

 As cited from Rekorea, “The Brand Reputation Index is an index that extracts big data of a brand and analyzes it by consumer behavior. Then classifies and weights it into participation value, communication value, media value, and social value. Brand reputation analysis can help you to find out who, where, how, and why talking about your brand”.

Top 100 KPop Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings in January 2021

The Korean Business Research Institute has collected big data of 163,832,057 idol group brand big data from December 23, 2020 – January 23, 2021. Moreover, compared to the December 2020 big data of Kpop idols brand reputation of 143,994,751, it increased by 13.78%.

 As a result of the analysis, BTS is still at #1 with a brand reputation index of 15,664,084 for January. BLACKPINK also remained at #2, followed by TWICE at #3 with a 62.94% rise in brand reputation index. Next, (G)I-DLE at #4 with 37.79% rise brand reputation index and IZ* ONE at #5 with 43.60% rise brand reputation index.

 Furthermore, the results of the high ranking keyword analysis associated with BTS are “Golden Disc,” “Billboard,” and “TikTok.” In addition to this, the words “Surpass,” “Award,” and “Dominate” are the highest-ranking related terms. The positivity-negativity analysis showed positive reactions of 85.02%.
