On August 24, the Korean Business Research Institute released the newest list of the most popular Korean singers who have made waves in the Korean music industry this August. Check out the top 100 Korean singer brand reputation rankings for August 2024 below and find your favorite singers!

August 2024 Top Korean Singer Brand Reputation Rankings

The Korean Business Research Institute analyzed 98,129,305 pieces of brand big data on singer brands from July 24 to August 24, 2024. However, compared to the total of 118,820,860 brand big data collected in July, the number fell by 17.41%.

Moreover, they used the latest brand big data for a comprehensive analysis of consumer behavior. The study measured four main factors: participation, media coverage, communication, and community engagement indexes. Based on the results of these indexes, they calculated the singers’ brand reputation indexes to create a list of Korean singer rankings in August.

According to the results of the analysis, aespa, Lim Young Woong, SEVENTEEN, IVE, and IU dominated the top five singer brand reputation rankings in August 2024.

The talented girl group aespa, currently on the road for the group’s first “2024 SYNK: Parallel Line World Tour,” claimed the top spot among the most popular singers in Korea this August. Additionally, the group’s brand reputation index soared by 30.83%, rising from July’s index of 5,406,686 to 7,073,467 in August. Their impressive indexes include:

2. Lim Young Woong

Korea’s beloved trot singer, Lim Young Woong, who is set to launch the highly anticipated concert film titled “IM HERO,” secured the second position this month. However, the singer’s brand reputation index declined by 17.16%, from July’s index of 7,280,743 to 6,031,267 in August. The breakdown of his reputation scores is as follows:

3. SEVENTEEN
