Spotify RADAR is a global program designed to support rising artists and help them connect with fans around the world. Since its debut in 202, the program has boosted over 900 artists, including global stars like The Kid LAROI, Lauv, Tyla, and Lil Baby.
Korean artists have also thrived with RADAR, such as LE SSERAFIM, NMIXX, Zior Park, RIIZE, BABYMONSTER, HANRORO, and Huh. On average, RADAR artists experience a 40% increase in monthly listeners and a 30% rise in streams within just six months of joining.
Beyond K-Pop: RADAR KOREA’s Bold Expansion
RADAR KOREA has long been a key driver in promoting K-Pop on the global stage. In 2025, the program is taking a bold step forward. This year’s focus goes beyond K-Pop, shining a spotlight on diverse, hyper-local talents across genres like R&B, indie, and alternative. With more than 1.35 million monthly Spotify listeners, JUNNY has steadily grown into one of most recognized Korean R&B singer and songwriters. His heartfelt lyrics, smooth vocals, and fearless genre-crossing style have earned him fans across the globe.
Spotify first introduced JUNNY to international audiences during “K-Night” at SXSW Sydney in 2023. Now, with his highly anticipated second full-length album “null” releasing on August 20, JUNNY is poised to make an even bigger impact through RADAR KOREA.
