Set in vibrant 1980s Seoul, “A Hundred Memories” paints a nostalgic picture through the everyday lives of two bus conductresses, Go Young-rye and Seo Jong-hee.

Their story is not just about giggling secrets on the bus or first blushes of romance. It’s a touching tale of friendship tested by love, dreams, and personal struggles. The drama blends humor, heartache, and hope, making you feel as if you’re on the same bus route with them, cruising into adulthood with laughter and tears.

Storyline

Go Young-rye is a bus conductress at Cheongah Transportation. Strong yet quietly burdened, she works to support her family despite her own dreams and struggles, including severe motion sickness. Her bold personality shines through her rough days on the No. 100 bus route.

Seo Jong-hee bursts into this story like a comet with talent and ambition. She escapes a troubled family life and finds comfort in her new best friend, Young-rye. Their bond grows as they face the challenges of youth, work, and society.

Together, their friendship is the route, the planned road they travel side by side.

The calm rhythm of their journey is disrupted by Han Jae-pil, the son of a department store owner. His life looks perfect on the outside, but beneath, he battles loneliness and pain.

Love comes unexpectedly into Go Young-rye and Seo Jong-hee’s lives. At the same time, both of them fall in love with Jae-pil. They begin to experience emotional conflicts between loyalty and desire. As a result, their friendship starts down on a winding road. This situation shows how love can heal or destroy bonds.

With their friendship at a crossroads, will they choose to continue the journey together or take separate paths for the sake of love?
