On Tuesday (10/8), Good Data Corporation has released the weekly Top 10 Most Popular Korean Drama and Actor Rankings that were most talked about by netizens in the 1st week of August 2021. Moreover, “Hospital Playlist 2” and actor Ji Sung topped the most popular Korean drama and actor that most talked about by the netizen in the first week of August 2021.
“Hospital Playlist 2” & Actor Ji Sung Lead the Weekly Top 10 Most Popular Korean Drama & Actor Rankings in the 1st Week of August 2021 by Good Data Corporation
Good Data Corporation has analyzed ongoing and scheduled Korean drama from August 3, 2021, to August 9, 2021. The result was out on August 10 after analyzing netizens’ responses from news articles, blogs, communities, videos, and SNS.
tvN’s “Hospital Playlist 2” came back on the first spot for the most talked-about Korean drama in the weekly Korean dramas ranking. At the same time, “Hospital Playlist 2” cast; Yoo Yeon Seok ranked 6, Jong Jung Suk ranked 9, and Shin Hyun Bin ranked 10.
Further, “The Penthouse 3” took second place with its cast Kim Seo Yeon and Lee Ji Ah ranked 7 and 8 respectively. Then at No.3, there was tvN’s “The Devil Judge,” with its cast, Ji Sung, who remained in the same place for the fourth week in a row. At the same time, Kim Min Jung and GOT7’s Jin Young ranked 2 and 4, respectively.
At No.4, there was tvN’s “You’re My Spring” with its cast Seo Hyun Jin on No.3, who managed to be on the same spot last week. In contrast, Kim Dong Wook had to down one place to No.5.
On the most popular Korean drama No.5 TV CHOSUN’s “Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) 2,” followed by JTBC’s “Nevertheless” No.6.
Then, JTBC’s “Monthly Magazine Home” managed to stay at No.7. Moreover, at No.8, a newcomer from tvN’s new Korean drama entitled “The Road: The Tragedy of One” with an audience share of 3.83.
Coming to No.9, “Revolutionary Sisters” made a comeback in the top ten weekly Korean drama ranking by Good Data. Finally, the new KBS2’s Korean drama “Police University” took No.10 on the list.
