MBC awarded their best dramas in 2021 on December 30, 2021. Check out the complete list of the MBC Drama Awards 2021 winners below.

MBC Drama Awards 2021 Winners

Hosted by Kim Sung Joo, the MBC Drama Awards 2021 took place at MBC Media Center Public Hall, Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. 

The Grand Prize (Daesang) of MBC Drama Awards 2020 went to Namgoong Min for his excellent performance on The Veil, an action thriller drama with the highest rating of 9.8 percent.

In addition, the historical romance drama “The Red Sleeve,” which started airing on November 12, 2021, bagged the most awards at MBC Drama Awards 2021. 

The drama has dominated the ratings and topped the most talked about Korean drama and cast rankings for seven consecutive weeks.

• Jung Moon Sung (Moebius: The Veil)
• Kim Hwan Hee (Here’s My Plan)

Best Couple

• Lee Junho and Lee Se Young (The Red Sleeve)

Best Supporting Actor and Actress

• Jang Hye Jin (The Red Sleeve)
• Kim Do Hyun (The Veil)

Best Screenwriter

• Jung Hae Ri (The Red Sleeve)

Best New Actor and Actress

• Kang Hoon (The Red Sleeve)
• Kim Ji Eun (The Veil)
