BTS Promises a New Beginning on “Yet to Come” of “Proof” Comeback Album 2022 + Music Show Preparation
The millennial King of Pop has returned and reclaimed their seats in the global music industry with the new release of “Yet to Come” MV and “Proof” 2022 comeback album and its music show preparations!
On June 10, BTS graced their stunning visuals and mellifluous harmony in the title track MV, “Yet to Come” of the new “Proof” comeback album. Members RM, Suga, and J-Hope joined hands with some brilliant minds in the music industry in writing the lyrics of “Yet to Come”, which symbolizes their promise for the beginning of a new BTS chapter.
“Yeah, the past was honestly the best
Yet to Come by BTS.
But my best is what comes next
I’m not playin’, nah for sure
Heading towards the day ’till I get winded
You and I, best moment is yet to come
Moment is yet to come, yeah.”
Immediate World Domination with “Yet to Come” and “Proof” New Album
It was not BTS and their loyal soulmates, ARMY, if they didn’t secure every achievement possible immediately after the 2022 new album release date.
Here’s everything BTS and ARMY achieved during the most crucial moments after “Yet to Come” and “Proof” comeback album release.
BTS “Yet to Come”: FIRST Song to Debut at #1 on Melon’s Top 100 Chart EVER
In just approximately ONE hour after the release of BTS “Proof” comeback album, its title track, “Yet to Come,” has secured a first place on Melon’s Top 100 chart.
BTS released “Yet to Come” on June 10 at 1 PM KST. And at 2 PM KST, the song immediately secured at #1 on Melon’s Top 100 chart, making it the first-ever achievement in the platform’s history.
Melon’s Top 100 chart was previously rebranded in August 2021. It is now combining the total plays within 24 hours and the total plays within the last hour in a 50:50 ratio to decide which song is currently in most demand on the streaming platform.
With the newly rebranded version, Melon’s Top 100 becomes the most tangible and solid chart in Kpop music industry. And BTS “Yet to Come” becomes the first of any song and any artist to have ever reached #1 in less than 24 hours after its release date.
In addition to debuting at #1 Melon Top 100 chart, BTS “Yet to Come” has also dominated the real-time charts of various music platforms, including Melon, Genie, and Bugs.

In just about 9 hours after its first release, BTS “Proof” new comeback album has skyrocketed to #1 US iTunes Top Album chart. At the same time, the BTS “Yet to Come” title track has also dominated the #1 US iTunes Top Songs chart.

BTS “Proof” Comeback Album Sales Reaches Over 2 Million Copies on Release Date – The ONLY Artist in Hanteo History
On top of all the chart dominations, BTS has also engraved another record-breaking achievement in the Kpop industry.
On June 10 at 1 PM KST, BTS released “Proof” new comeback album 2022 with “Yet to Come” title track. Later at 9 PM KST on the release date, BTS new comeback album 2022, “Proof” has reached over 2.15 million copies.
It means that it only took approximately 8 hours for the global megastar to sell over 2 million copies of the album. At the same time, it also means that BTS “Proof” new comeback album has joined its predecessor “Map of The Soul: 7” in becoming the only albums to surpass 2 million sales within the first day of release in Hanteo history.

BTS firstly engraved their name as a million-seller megastar in 2016 with their second album, “WINGS”. Since then, the millennial King of Pop has continuously reached over 1 million sales copies for all their following albums. And the number keeps on rising with every new comeback release.
BTS Arrived at KBS “Music Bank” For “Yet to Come” Comeback Show Pre-Recording 2022
Following their music show comeback 2022 for “Proof” new album, BTS reportedly arrived at KBS on the same release date.
Greeting and waving to their fans and reporters, BTS remains the same humble boys they were 9 years ago. However, the most noteworthy difference is that today, all 7 members of BTS represent the humility and elegance of a world megastar, which has become the ultimate dream of any Kpop artist.
Now that KBS has officially banned two of their songs, “Yet to Come” is the only song BTS will officially perform for their comeback show on “Music Bank” 2022. It is not yet confirmed whether “For Youth” will also appear on the show because it is still under review.
A Special Gift for Fans During “Yet to Come” Pre-Recording at KBS “Music Bank”
And most importantly, BTS has made our hearts melt during their music show comeback preparation 2022.
How so? Apparently, BTS has once again diligently prepared a special gift for their fans who attended their 2022 music show comeback pre-recording.
Check out the complete package of BTS special gifts for ARMY in their 2022 music show comeback preparation.
A Small Bouquet of Pink Rose & Custom Cookies + Coffee
BTS special gift for ARMY during their music show comeback preparation 2022 includes a small bouquet of a pink rose. As the pink rose symbolizes grace and sweetness, it also represents BTS’ thankfulness and appreciation to ARMY fans for everything they’ve been through together for the past 9 years.
In addition to the pink rose, BTS also gave ARMY fans custom cookies to celebrate not only their “Proof” album comeback but also the 9-year time of their inseparability.
Officine Universelle Buly Skincare Product
Along with the symbol of gratitude and celebration, BTS also gifted their fans a set of skincare products from the French brand, Officine Universelle Buly.
The skincare set includes universal products for both male and female, including hand cream and a lip balm with an “ARMY” engraved in gold letters on the package.
After all, it has been over 2 years since BTS last made their comeback show in various music programs. Previously, BTS and ARMY had to be separated by virtual distance for the past 2 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, having their ARMY soulmates accompanying BTS during their music show comeback 2022 truly means everything for both of them.
With this special gift, BTS solidly proved that even after they’ve reached the top of the global music industry, they remain the same humble BTS who debuted 9 years ago. And they will never change.
