The true story behind the racism video issue happening to Kpop singer Crush finally sheds some light. So what really happened, and why did fans demand an apology to Crush? Here’s the real story.
Fans Demand Apology to Kpop Singer Crush After Discovering True Story Behind Racism Video Issue
Kpop singer Crush must face an alleged racism issue after two fans posted a video stating he skipped them simply because of their black origin. This issue became a huge controversy in social media and blew up after some fans attacked not only Crush but also j-hope, who recently collaborated with the Kpop singer.
After the issue escalated, Kpop singer Crush immediately posted an official apology on his Instagram. He stated that he didn’t extend his hands so he wouldn’t endanger his fans. And even though the OP (original poster) refuted his reasons, fans finally discovered the true story behind Crush so-called racism video issue.
What REALLY Happened: MORE Video REVEALED!
Following the alleged racism issue video that happened to Kpop singer Crush, more fans decided to find out what really happened behind the incident.
Finally, the truth came to light after a Korean fan posted the same video that triggered the racism issue, but this time, it contained Crush voice.
In the video, Crush was waving and shaking his fans hands while clearly telling them to be careful. The video showed Crush did not particularly point one of two persons but the whole section of the crowd.
“Be careful! You might get hurt.”
Crush.
Along with the unmuted video, the fan also pointed out that Crush had actually reached back to shake the OP’s hand. However, since she was already disappointed and retrieved her hand, Crush was unable to hold them.
ApologizeTojhope #ApologizeToCrush#stop_asian_hate

also to address crush touching the next hand, it’s obvious that he went back to reach for @tulipyeo’s hand after telling the crowd to be careful & signaling them to calm down but she had already withdrew down her hand & proceeded to self-victimize on twt: pic.twitter.com/s742ryAsdr https://t.co/UYgoaySKGq

In addition, the same skipping incident apparently happened not only to black fans. Because the audience started crowding and pushing towards the fence, it might get too dangerous for them. That is why Crush decided to skip some hands for their own safety measurements. And it happened to all fans who were seen crowding and pushing around the fence.
in this video you can clearly see the crowd pushing forward hence the concern for safety crush stated in his apology. crush noticed the crowd from his POV and reacted accordingly, however @tulipyeo @xv5914 were not aware of the crowd behind them since they were at the front. https://t.co/a4KvaiBksJ pic.twitter.com/ZQeAcCVrXG

Therefore, it perfectly matched the apology statement from Crush Instagram account:
“I had to refrain from giving out high-fives with the fans in particular sections as a safety precaution.”
Crush.
Plus, in his statement, Crush also specifically mentioned that he avoided the hands of all fans in the OP’s sections. And according to the latest unmuted video, his statement is a match.

Fans Demand Apology to Kpop Singer Crush for The Racism Issue with #ApologizeToCrush Hashtag
Finally, after the video reveal and the racism issue resolved, fans demanded an official apology to Crush. After all, even when it was possibly a misunderstanding between the OPs and Crush, the Kpop singer had received all the hate and harassment after the issue.
Not only that, but the hate also extended to BTS member j-hope simply because he liked Crush’s post.

There was no r@cism
You jumped on bandwagon without checking facts knowing by doing so you'd drag 🐿 under it along with Cru$h
You don't get to play victim or innocent you knew what you were doing would harm 🐿 #ApologizeTojhope #ApologizeToCrush https://t.co/A2GMEj5P2X
.@tulipyeo the hurt you and @xv5914 felt for not getting that y/n fanservice moment is nothing compared to all the hate & hurt crush has received in the past 48 hours thanks to your misjudgment. i hope you enjoyed the lies and your 4 secs of fame to the detriment of someone else. pic.twitter.com/72Tjlb4DpS

Hey @tulipyeo where are u? U can’t run away after twisting the whole situation & calling one of the most humble korean artist like Crush with a word “racist” You need to apologize properly to Crush, he got too much hate for smth he didn’t do#ApologizeTojhope #ApologizeToCrush

On top of everything, fans also pointed out that this is not the first time the OP complained about not getting proper fan service from their idols. Previously, similar things happened because she was upset about not getting a wave or an interaction from ATEEZ members.
.@tulipyeo has a track record of not getting what she wants from idols & running to twt to cry abt it. today it’s crush, tmrw it could be ur fave. i wouldn’t be surprised if idols stop doing fanservice altogether out of fear of being labeled racist for the rest of their lives. pic.twitter.com/7HJe8uU75A

That girl tried to pull the same stunt on other artists/idol using the "race card" to get attention. And there are also a lot of proof/videos where you can hear crush say "be careful".#ApologizeTojhope #ApologizeToCrush pic.twitter.com/Qn9GnestH5

Since then, both OPs have restricted their Twitter accounts. And until today, they have not given any additional statements or apology to Crush.
