On November 25, Star News reported that “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” actor Lee Dong Wook and “Kingdom” actress Kim Hye Jun have been cast to star in the upcoming Korean drama “The Murderer’s Shopping Mall.” If they accept the offers, it will be the actors’ first project together.

The upcoming drama “The Murderer’s Shopping Mall” is based on a breathtaking and thrilling thriller novel of the same title written by Kang Ji Young. The drama is set in an internet shopping mall warehouse and follows the story of a girl who lost her parents and grew up with her uncle.
One day, her uncle, who owns the shopping mall, suddenly dies. She should be the one who informs the customers and is in charge of the shopping mall warehouse.
According to the report, the actors will play the roles of uncle and niece, respectively. In addition, the drama will have a total of 8 episodes and to premiere on the global OTT platform next year.

Currently, actor Lee Dong Wook is working on the second season of “Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938.” He will also appear in the next Korean drama, “The Good Man.” Besides actively working on small-screen projects, the actor will also appear on the big screen.
