On April 13, News1 reported that according to a source in the military, BTS J-hope is scheduled to enlist on April 18 and join a basic military camp in Gangwon-do province to receive basic military training. And after five weeks, he will be deployed to his regular unit.

Before the news, BIGHIT Music shared the updates regarding the enlistment of BTS J-hope on April 1. According to the agency, J-hope would be joining the army as an active soldier to fulfill his military service soon, and there would be no official event on the day of his entry. In addition, the agency didn’t reveal the enlistment date of J-hope.
