ASTRO Cha Eun Woo Pays Tribute to Moonbin with Heartfelt Video and Nostalgic Pictures

On May 30, at the exact time that corresponds to ASTRO debut date, Cha Eun Woo paid tribute to his fellow ASTRO member Moonbin by uploading a cover of 10cm‘s Stalker, a song known to be one of Moonbin’s favorites. This special video serves as Cha Eun Woo’s way of remembering and honoring Moonbin.

Following Moonbin’s sudden passing in mid-April, fans and friends have been sending letters and gifts to a memorial space dedicated to Moonbin. In addition, those unable to visit the Fantagio building express their heartfelt messages on social media, particularly on Moonbin’s Instagram account.

However, Cha Eun Woo has found a unique way to remember Moonbin. At precisely 2:23 AM KST, which corresponds to ASTRO debut date (February 23), he uploaded a cover of Moonbin’s favorite song, Stalker, as a tribute. The video on YouTube has quickly garnered over 850K views in less than a day and reached #20 on YouTube Trending.

Before sharing the cover, Cha Eun Woo intentionally posted a clip of Moonbin singing 10cm‘s Stalker on his Instagram Story. He accompanied it with a sweet caption, “My Friend,” and added a moon with shining stars sticker. Additionally, Cha Eun Woo shared Polaroid photos of and with Moonbin taken during their karaoke session.

During the recording, Cha Eun Woo displayed deep longing for Moonbin and managed to hold back tears.
