Harmony in Diversity: Meet VCHA Members of JYP New Formed Girl Group

On Thursday night KST, JYP Entertainment introduced VCHA, a new girl group selected from the final ensemble of A2K talents. Named America 2 Korea, this initiative began auditions in the United States a year ago, enabling young girls from North America to travel from Los Angeles to Seoul, aspiring to join a globally renowned girl group. This collaboration between JYP Entertainment and Republic Records is pioneering, forming an American group through the meticulous and rigorous talent nurturing system of Kpop.

The members, after undergoing secretive training for five months at JYP Entertainment’s Seoul office, expressed their enthusiasm about sharing their experiences. Pre-Debut Single Release and Inspirations

The new girl group under JYP Entertainment premiered their pre-debut single “SeVit (NEW LIGHT)” on September 22, along with the music video of the lead track “Y.O.Universe”. Park Jin Young spearheaded this track, capturing the essence of the A2K project and the distinctive narratives of the contestants.
