For this captivating cover pictorial, Suzy flawlessly showcased six exquisite hanbok designs, each collaboratively crafted by innovative designers in partnership with the esteemed Korea Craft & Design Foundation.

“Through wearing the exquisite Hanboks designed by various talented creators, my connection to the beauty and essence of hanbok deepened. I sincerely hope that this endeavor will serve as a platform to showcase the splendor of hanbok to audiences worldwide.”

Korean Hanbok Wave Project
Suzy’s hanbok pictorial is part of a Korean Hanbok Wave Project 2023 by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in collaboration with the Korea Crafts and Design Culture Promotion Agency. Six brands, namely Song Hwa-bai-jung, Our, and Tsai Kim, have created hanboks inspired by Suzy.
In addition, they will display Suzy’s hanbok photoshoot video on New York’s Times Square billboard from 6 a.m. on December 24 to 2 a.m. on December 25 (local time).
