On January 17, H& Entertainment stated, “We’ve checked with Son Dam Bi herself. Although she is in a good relationship with Lee Kyou Hyuk, they are not at the stage where they are thinking of marriage yet.”
The rumors of Son Dam Bi and Lee Kyou Hyuk marriage circulated after a YouTuber claimed that the couple planned to get married within six months. Not only that, but the YouTuber also made groundless claims about the start of Son Dam Bi dan Lee Kyou Hyuk’s relationship.

According to the agency, Son Dam Bi and Lee Kyou Hyuk started seeing each other through golf as a hobby. They became friends for a while before deciding to build a romantic relationship.
Previously, on December 2, H& Entertainment stated, “Son Dam Bi and coach Lee Kyou Hyuk used to be friends, and they say it has been about three months since they started dating.”
However, on the same date, a source from Lee Kyou Hyuk’s agency IHQ stated, “They are not at the stage to think about marriage yet.”

Meanwhile, Lee Kyou Hyuk is a former long-track speed skater. He has won the Speed Skating World Cup four times. In 1997 and 2001, Lee Kyou Hyuk set the new world record for 1000 meters and 1500 meters. He decided to retire in 2021 and signed a contract with IHQ. Since then, he started to appear on variety shows.
