LAPILLUS Chanty (Argentinian-Filipino)
Our rising Argentinian-Filipino idol is, of course, included in this mixed-race 4th gen female Kpop idols list. Chantal Videla, also known as Chanty, was born in Manila, the Philippines, to an Argentinian father and a Filipino mother. Initially, Chanty can speak Spanish and Filipino. In addition to those two languages, Chanty can communicate using English, Korean, and basic Japanese.
BLACKSWAN Leia (Brazilian-Japanese)
Although the group initially debuted as RaNia back in April 2011, the group rebranded as BLACKSWAN in mid-2020. One of the BLACKSWAN mixed-race members is Leia, formerly known as Larissa (라리사). As a Brazilian-Japanese, Leia has both Brazilian and Japanese real names, Ayumi Sakata and Larissa Cartes. Leia was born in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil.
BLACKSWAN Gabi (German, Raised in Brazil)
Next on our mixed-race 4th gen female Kpop idols list is Gabi from BLACKSWAN. Gabi was introduced as one of the group’s new members in May 2022. Gabi’s real name is Gabriela Strassburger Dalcin, and she is known as a Brazilian-German idol. Little that Kpop enthusiasts know that Gabi’s parents are both Germans, but she was born in Florianópolis, Brazil.
NewJeans Danielle (Australian-Korean)
Danielle March or Mo Jihye (모지혜) is one of 4th gen female Kpop idols who gained attention since her debut with NewJeans. She was born in Munsan, Paju, Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, to an Australian father and a Korean mother. The sunshine of the group is also famous for having a “Disney-type” face.
NMIXX Lily (Australian-Korean)
Another mixed-race 4th gen female Kpop idol with many fans is Lily from NMIXX. Born in Marysville, Victoria, Australia, to an Australian father and a Korean mother, Lily has two official birth names. One birth name includes her father’s family name, Lily Jin Morrow. Meanwhile, another birth name includes her mother’s name, Park Jin (박진).
Kep1er Huening Bahiyyih (American-Korean)
Last but not least, and probably the most well-known mixed-race 4th gen female Kpop idol is Huening Bahiyyih. She gained enormous attention even before her debut with Kep1er. It is a known fact that Bahiyyih’s mother is Korean, and her father is American with Polish, British, and German ancestry. However, she was born in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, South Korea.
