SEVENTEEN to Attend the 2021 Asia Artist Awards

Recently released their ninth mini-album ‘Attaca,’ SEVENTEEN has charmed CARATs enormously. ‘Attaca’ has soared to the top #1 on Line Music real-time album chart in Japan.

Meanwhile, the title track ‘Rock with You’ has topped multiple Korean real-time music charts, including Bugs, Melon, and Genie. Not only that, but the hooky track also reached the top of Japan’s Rakuten Music and AWA.

Moreover, both the album ‘Attaca’ and the title track ‘Rock with You’ topped the iTunes charts in several countries worldwide. ‘Attaca’ has hit #1 in at least 16 different countries, including Indonesia and Cambodia. In the meantime, ‘Rock with You’ has reached #1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 19 different countries, including Argentina and Peru.

Meanwhile, trot singer Lim Young Woong is gaining more and more popularity with his talent and skill. As a result, Lim Young Woong took the first spot on the Korean singer Brand Reputation Ranking for October 2021, defeating BTS and IU.

Besides, Lim Young Woong was also the Popularity Award and AAA Hot Issue Award winner at the 2020 Asia Artist Awards. Not to forget, Lim Young Woong received the Daesang Award as Trot of the Year at the same award ceremony.

2021 Asia Artist Awards Schedule & Lineup (So Far)

The 6th edition of the awards is taking place on December 2, 2021, at the KBS arena, Seoul. Super Junior Leeteuk and former IZ*ONE member Jang Won Young are appointed to host the grand event.

Besides SEVENTEEN and Lim Young Woong, other Korean stars who have confirmed to join the 2021 Asia Artist Awards lineup are Han So See, Lee Jung Jae, Lee Seung Gi, Yoo Ah In, aespa, Stray Kids, THE BOYZ, ASTRO Cha Eun Woo, Moon Ga Young, NU’EST Hwang Min Hyun, and Na In Woo.
