The first day of the NCT 127 concert in Jakarta had to stop earlier than scheduled after 30 fans fainted due to a crowd crush incident. This issue happened on November 4 at NCT 127 concert in Jakarta, precisely at the Indonesian Convention Exhibition BSD, Tangerang – Banten.
It was particularly heartbreaking for NCT 127 members, especially when it happened just a week after the Itaewon tragedy.

Due to this incident, Indonesian NCTzen decided to apologize publicly to NCT 127 members. During the second day of Jakarta concert, NCT 127 members noticed that some fans were holding up apology signs.
NCT 127 main vocalist, Jaehyun, particularly noticed the sign and decided to respond to the message directly. According to Jaehyun, there was no need for NCTzen to feel sorry about what happened.

Eventually, second day of NCT 127 concert finally went smoothly for both fans and NCT 127 members. And it was all thanks to fans’ cooperation and additional precautions and restrictions from Indonesian police.
Due to the previous crowd crush incident that resulted in 30 fans fainting on Day 1, Indonesian police decided to add two additional measures during the second day. The first was to widen the distance between the stage and the audience. And finally, they requested no events involving throwing balls or merchandise from the artists.
