Previously, fans have been delighted to learn about the dating relationship between Dispatch’s New Year couple Lee Jong Suk and IU, “The Glory” plot-twist couple Lim Ji Yeon and Lee Do Hyun, and the Kpop-Kdrama crossover couple BLACKPINK Jisoo and actor Ahn Bo Hyun.
Today, we see another Kpop-Kdrama pairing this year with the confirmed relationship between BB Girls Yujeong and actor Lee Kyu Han.
While many fans are glad and excited about BB Girls Yujeong and actor Lee Kyu Han dating relationship, both celebrities have taken a more dramatic path before admitting their connection.
The Full Story Behind Their Relationship Confirmation
So, how did the two celebrities meet, and why did they initially deny the relationship?
Dating rumors between BB Girls’ (formerly Brave Girls) Yujeong and Lee Kyu Han began earlier in July. At the time, an exclusive report from Sports Chosun revealed a statement from an acquaintance that BB Girls Yujeong and actor Lee Kyu Han had fallen in love with each other.
According to the acquaintance, the BB Girls vocalist first met actor Lee Kyu Han at a KBS2 entertainment show, “Rustically: In the Secret Island”. At the time, the two celebrities got to know each other while filming the show.
After the KBS2 show was completed, the relationship between the couple continued. They began meeting each other outside of the program. Slowly and certainly, the two stars developed romantic feelings for each other. Their relationship evolved from friendship to romance.
Why Did They Deny the Relationship?
Shortly after the dating rumors surfaced, both Yujeong’s and Lee Kyu Han’s agencies denied any romantic involvement between the two.
At the time, both agencies claimed that the two celebrities had maintained their relations after the KBS2 show, but only as close friends.

On September 7, Korean media outlet Ten Asia released an exclusive confirmation from BB Girls’ agency, Warner Music Korea, and Lee Kyu Han’s agency, BLADE Entertainment.
