Netflix “Cashero” Series Adds Lee Chae Min to the Cast Lineup
This year will be pretty busy for the rising actor Lee Chae Min!
According to a JoyNews24 report on May 13, Lee Chae Min has confirmed to appear in the Netflix series “Cashero.” The upcoming Netflix series is a new collaboration project of director Lee Chang Min with writers Lee Je In and Jeon Chan Ho.
Director Lee Chang Min’s famous works “Welcome to Waikiki” and “Agency.” Meanwhile, Lee Je In and Jeon Chan Ho’s renowned work is “Sisyphus: The Myth.” Additionally, the series is currently in production, as per the report.
“Cashero”
Based on the popular Kakao webtoon of the same title, “Cashero” tells a down-to-earth superhero story. In a world where money equals power, a new hero, full of humanity, turns cash into power.
The story follows an ordinary civil servant, Kang Sang Woong, who uses his salary to save the world. Sang Woong gains a superpower from the cash in his hands, which becomes stronger as he holds more money.

Lee Chaemin made his debut in 2021 with the tvN drama “High Class.” Afterward, he appeared in several popular Korean dramas such as “Love All Play,” “Alchemy of Souls Season 2: Light and Shadow,” “Crash Course in Romance,” and “See You in My 19th.”
The rookie actor gained recognition for his role as Lee Sun Jae in “Crash Course in Romance” last year, where he met his current girlfriend, Ryu Da In. Following the series, the actor landed his first leading role in the upcoming Kdrama “Hierarchy.” The mystery-romance youth drama series will be exclusively available on Netflix on June 7, 2024.
After completing his duty as an MC on KBS2’s “Music Bank,” the actor is currently filming “I Believe in You” alongside Jaehyun from NCT. The series is reportedly being discussed for an OTT program. Moreover, Chaemin has signed on to star alongside Roh Jeong Eui in a rom-com Korean drama, “Bunny and Her Boys.”
