BTS Jin Greets Fans in Special FESTA 2024 Hug Event After Military Service
For the very first time since BTS debuted, this year’s anniversary FESTA feels a lot different, especially with 6 out of its 7 members are out on military duty. Fortunately, BTS eldest hyung Jin was able to fill this painful emptiness with his big heart and humble personality.
Immediately after his military discharge, BTS Worldwide Hansome Jin held a special hug event for FESTA 2024 celebration. In this event, BTS Jin hugged approximately 1000 lucky fans who managed to win the raffle through official ARMY membership.
While the number of fans included was quite surprising, it was actually Jin’s idea to hold the event. Originally, he had suggested around 3,000 participants, but the company didn’t allow him to do so. Therefore, they settled with 1000.

On June 13, BTS Jin greeted his fans at the FESTA 2024 hug event immediately after his military discharge the day before. Despite the previous controversy, everything went smoothly, and the event was extremely heartwarming and fulfilling for him and his fans.
One by one, BTS Jin extended his arms to his beloved ARMYs, hugging them sincerely and with a big, heartfelt smile.
That is until this joyful FESTA hug event 2024 turned into a shocking incident against BTS Jin.
You WON’T Believe What Happened at The Incident
As BTS Jin hugged each of his ARMY fans sincerely, an incident happened during the FESTA 2024 hug event. One of the ARMY fans seemed to be not quite satisfied with the hugging, so she went ahead and aimed her lips at Jin’s cheek.
Thankfully, Jin was quick to respond by turning his face away from the fans’ attempt, still with a smile on his face. And so, the fan’s daring attempt was unsuccessful. Instead, she ended up kissing Jin’s neck.
Unfortunately, this incident occurred not only once but twice against BTS Jin at the FESTA 2024 hug event. Another fan was also seen trying to do something similar, aiming her lips at Jin’s cheek. But this attempt, too, was proven unsuccessful.
Due to this incident, ARMY fans started arguing among themselves. That is especially when some fans urged not to disclose the video to the public for fear of damaging Jin’s reputation.

At the same time, others are furious because not disclosing the video would also mean protecting the culprits. It will only trigger more incidents in the future, knowing that BTS fans will not spread the video. Hence, their identities will be protected.
