Racket Boys Scenes in Episode 5 Talks About Badminton Competition in Indonesia
In Episode 5 of SBS Drama, Racket Boys, there were some scenes where the head coach of the National Youth Team complained about their situations when they were competing in Indonesia.
Furthermore, the National Youth Team stated that the Indonesian committee had bad manners and that they forced the team to practice at a run-down place with no air conditioner.
Moreover, the national coach also mentioned that all the actions directed at the National Youth Team were because the Indonesian team wanted to win against Han Se Yoon no matter what it takes.
Since a lot of the tweets originally criticising #RacketBoys are deleted/privated: The emphasis is not that they won over the other teams, it’s that they implied “it’s not the first time” Indonesia mistreats their guests, cheats during competition and fans have no manners. https://t.co/Pz7aUyj4YN pic.twitter.com/j7P4kz3tR8

✔️Penginapannya jelek.
✔️Mau menang dgn segala cara.
✔️Menempatkan tim Korea latihan di GOR tua tanpa AC. Sedangkan tim Indonesia latihan di lokasi pertandingan.
Yg paling ngeselin, di final, pemain Indonesia dibantai 9-21, 7-21.

As an Indonesian, I feel very disappointed with Racket Boys episode 5. In this episode, there is a scene that leads to bad opinions about Indonesia. the stigma made famous discredits one party. I know that in some ways your country is better especially in terms of technology but-

not gonna watch that racket boys then. badminton is such a huge sport here, badmouthing indonesia like that is a shitty things to do. you could actually make your tim win in the drama without trashing other country like that.
