Rowoon Joins Kim Min Ju in Talks to Lead a New Romance Drama “Shining”
According to an exclusive report by StarNews on January 21, Rowoon is set to lead the upcoming drama “Shining.” In this romance drama, he may star alongside Kim Min Ju, who has previously offered the female leading role.
Rowoon will reportedly replace Chae Jong Hyeop as the male lead actor. Earlier, Chae Jong Hyeop, known for his role in “Serendipity’s Embrace,” was in talks about the leading role. Unfortunately, he later decided to decline the offer.
In response to the casting report, Rowoon’s agency, FNC Entertainment, stated:
“The drama is a project that he is currently reviewing.”

“Shining”
The upcoming K-drama “Shining” tells the love story of Yeon Tae Oh and Mo Eun Ah, whose lives intertwine over many years. They met for the first time in their 19 but then drifted apart when they turned 20. After years apart, life brought them back together in their 30s.
